CHALLENGES
Our client is an innovative Romanian business with a long tradition in the investment industry. The project’s main objective was to design a website that could cover a wide range of user types, from first-time visitors to loyal clients, experienced traders, and first-time investors. They needed to deliver the right information for each user type. This specific case involved processing a large amount of technical data and transforming raw information on funds and investment solutions into user-friendly and easy-to-follow structured data and graphics.
This project’s challenges included a previous website design filled with information overload, a complex data structure, and unclear navigation, which made it very difficult for users to find the right information promptly. All these were limiting the company’s ability to attract new clients and facilitate their current clients’ investment processes.
