Rivus represents an ambitious investment project by IULIUS and Atterbury Europe. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, IULIUS specialises in urban regeneration projects and mixed-use destinations that redefine urban spaces in Romania’s major cities. For this project, they needed a website that could effectively communicate the scale and diversity of their ambitious urban regeneration project. This meant creating a complex narrative while maintaining clarity and user engagement. They also required custom, reusable design elements for flexible layouts across the site. Visually, the website needed to reflect Rivus’s innovative and eco-conscious brand, which meant optimising large images and architectural renderings without sacrificing performance. Finally, they wanted a user-friendly WordPress admin interface, with clear guidance, so their team could easily manage the site.
